ii Gig #4 poster

For inclusive improv gig #4 a new electronic performance concept will be trialled - one man laptop bands. The idea behind it is to create pieces to run on multiple laptops with little or no need for musically experienced human performers. Fittingly, the gig will begin with Adam Jansch's Start up (v1.00), a simple piece that makes use of the Mac start up sequence. There will also be pieces by Scott Hewitt, Scott McLaughlin and Graham Booth.

The one man laptop band pieces are followed by Softly Tinned, the electronic duo of Tom Riley and Hali Santamas. Entry is free, just buy a drink or two. Visit the ii Gig #4 page for more information.
