Time was one of two pieces composed by Adam Jansch for the second-year composition module of the Music Technology BA undergraduate degree at the University of Huddersfield.
The conceptual focus of the piece is provided by recordings of a ticking clock (captured by Roger Barrass) which underpin the development of a lilting acoustic guitar-led electronic pop song, with vocals by Jansch.
